Items can be returned within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the shipper.
Please only return items that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned in original box and must be unworn. Please note: We will not accept returns if the packaging is damaged or not included. Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox or product.
- Worn merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking
- Products not returned in original box or a separate shipping package/box is subject to a 10% re-boxing fee.
- Items must be unwashed and unsoiled.
- Items that have been customized, custom-made or embroidered may not be returned for credit or refund. Please contact Comfort Plus Shoes customer service to address any problems encountered.
- We cannot accept returns on undergarments, hosiery and socks.
- Defective Merchandise: We are happy to allow refunds for items determined to be a failure in workmanship within 6 months of the purchase date. Items that are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear or accidental damage cannot be returned. If you feel that a product is defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your own expense. If you are unsure as to whether or not your return is eligible for a refund or have any other questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com.
We cannot accept returns of certain items*, including:
- Hosiery items and all custom work
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery**
- Clearance sale items marked down more than 25% or any items marked FINAL SALE.
- Any article of clothing or clothing accessory that has been worn, altered, or cleaned.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts or the manufacturers box.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
*Any item that has a manufacturer’s defect can be returned for a full refund.
**If an item you’re returning will not make it back to our service center within 30 days of the date of delivery, please contact us to determine if we can issue a full refund.
***If the original method of payment is unavailable, refunds will be made by company check, processed at our Leawood, Kansas office, the next business day.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
You do not need a Return Authorization to exchange or return any item assuming it meets the guidelines above. All items should be returned to the address below in brand new condition with original packaging. Upon receipt, refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for the full processing of your return.

Our retail store location can be used as a drop-off point for web order returns. The item will be transferred internally to our warehouse location for return processing. There is no return shipping charge for this service. Online returns dropped off at our Leawood, Kansas store will be forwarded to our Online Department for return processing.
If you would prefer a different product, size, style, or color, please ship the item back to us at the address below and include a note letting us know what you would like in exchange. Items being sent back to us can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail, and it’s suggested that you keep your tracking number handy until you know that we have received the item. If instead you elect to place a new order for the item, to be processed as quickly as possible, ship the first item back and your refund will be handled immediately.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment only. If the original card is unavailable, refunds will be made by company check, processed at our Leawood, Kansas office, the next business day. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
